Can I rehash a deal with Eternity Auto Finance?
Absolutely, we are here to make every deal we can. Email us at connect@eternityautofinance.com or you can call/text 940.333.3732 with the application number and any changes you are making to the deal.
Do you require a minimum time in business for dealerships?
No, we do not require a minimum time in business. We are happy to work with dealers who are new to the industry and this who have been around a long time, as well as anyone in between. We simply ask that you follow our process and are respectful to our staff.
What documents do you require for sign up?
You will need to complete a dealer application so we can send you enrollment documents via Dropbox sign. We also need the following supporting documents:
Copy of all owners drivers license
Dealer license
Finance License (if required by your state)
Voided Check
Surety Bond and/or Garage Insurance
Proof of Ownership
How do I send in credit applications for decisioning?
Once your have submitted your supporting documents and our compliance team has verified them you will either be added to our automated decisioning portal or an affiliate portal. Prior to receiving your login credentials for the EAF Portal you can upload the credit application, buyer's order and bookout for our team to review at this link CLICK HERE TO UPLOAD NEW LOAN SUBMISSION.

Is Eternity Auto Finance on Dealertrack or Routeone?
At this time we are on Dealertrack and prefer to receive loan applications in Dealertrack. If you haven't connected with us yet please email us at connect@eternityautofinance.com with your Dealertrack ID
Do your loans have recourse?
We do not have recourse on any of our loans at this time
How far back will you finance?
Up to 10 years
How long is the funding process?
1-3 business days (funding times depend on how clean the loan packet is when we receive it)
Do you offer title floats?
After you have funded your first 2 deals with Eternity Auto Finance we will review your account to determine whether a title float will be granted from there forward. No title floats are guaranteed.

How do I cancel my account with EAF?
Your feedback is important to us and if there is something we can address then please let us know so we have the opportunity to continue to earn your trust. A cancellation request must be submitted via email to connect@eternityautofinance.com. Please give us 3-5 business days to process the request. We do have a 30 day cancellation policy. Details can be found in the EAF Service Agreement that was included in your enrollment packet.
